Seven Falls owners reach $5.5M bond distribution agreement
Henderson County will disburse 5.5 million in bond proceeds to 161 Seven Falls lot owners after a consent judgment signed by Superior Court Judge Mark Powell and a mediation that produced full agreement. The settlement ends a long dispute over remaining bond funds from the failed development.
