RDV Development seeks rezoning for Cypress Run cottages
RDV Development has applied to rezone 16.7 acres from R-1 to planned residential for The Cottages at Cypress Run near Howard Gap Road. The 67 cottage development would sit on a 30.2 acre parcel tied to annexation for city sewer. Initial public hearing set for 2 30 p m Thursday Dec 7 at the City Operations Center.
