HenDough and HVL Donuts Bring Local Fried Chicken and Treats
Hendersonville’s HenDough, opened March 2016 by Sarah and Paul Klaassen, offers family friendly fried chicken and doughnuts with affordable prices and seven day service from 7 am to 5 pm. HVL Donuts, planned for North Main Street, debuts as a walk up shop under Coca Cola murals offering fresh donuts and coffee with rotating specials on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Donut flavors include créme brulee and bear claw while popular items feature fried chicken biscuits maple bacon eggs in a basket and doughnuts priced 1.50 to 2.25.
