Race to complete new Hendersonville High School by August 2020
Hendersonville City Council approved a 53 million special use permit and rezoning for an all new Hendersonville High School campus. Construction is slated to start next spring with a target opening date of August 2020, though schedule risks remain if final plans lag. Architects say 24 months are needed, and county leaders will push to accelerate timelines.
