Flat Rock officials rejected a village bid to extend extraterritorial zoning jurisdiction to eight parcels along the Green River area. County leaders noted the county policy bars ETJ. despite village hopes to align border land use with Flat Rock zoning, all plans were dropped after negative signals from county commissioners and residents.
