Etowah Beer fuels expansion at Blue Ridge Pizza
Etowah based Blue Ridge Pizza Company on Brevard Road plans a third room with a full bar after Henderson County voters approved selling alcohol in unincorporated areas on May 8. Owner Tom Sanders says growth stems from pizza and made from scratch meals plus the new beer and wine offerings. The bar will raise seating from 98 to 150 and require six more employees as Saturdays and Sunday services attract large crowds.
