Post Office Sale Moves Forward for Dogwood Lot
The Post Office reached a sale agreement after a city hotel plan emerged, with First Baptist Church set to lease and receive rent while taking on maintenance. The church must secure 700 to 800 parking spaces for its Sunday 11 am service and plans to bulldoze the building for a new lot after the fall 2017 move.
