Publix store project advances in Hendersonville area
Publix plans a 49,000-square-foot store on 6.9 acres in South Market Village along Greenville Highway and White Street with 246 parking spaces. Halvorsen Development is pursuing final site plans, DOT and zoning approvals, and floodplain mitigation using city property for a stormwater retention pond. groundbreaking eyed for mid to late 2016 with an opening target in late 2017 pending weather and permits.
