Plans filed for 98,000 square foot health ed building
Hendersonville planners received four applications for the Joint Medical Education Facility project. The $35 million, three story site near Oak Street will house classrooms labs and medical offices for Wingate University Blue Ridge Community College Pardee and Henderson County. The plan includes a student parking area within 200 feet of the site.
