Beystone plans $6.8 million relocation of Fletcher nursing home
Beystone Health and Rehabilitation Co and Fletcher Academy Inc plan to move the 50 bed facility from Fletcher to Mills River on NC 191. The 34,000 square foot site will house 30 private and 20 semi private rooms, with 49 fulltime staff. Financing totals about $6.8 million with a $5.65 million loan and $1.16 million equity.
