Starbucks lease eyed for 2.5 million Hendersonville site
New Mountain LLC of Waynesville owns the six-tenths acre ground at Four Seasons Boulevard and Orrs Camp Road. A ground lease offer totals 2 535 555 dollars for a 20 year term with four five year renewal options. Starbucks will operate a 2 053 square foot store with a drive through and 31 parking spaces under a triple net lease. The site sits near Belk and JC Penney with other fast food chains nearby. Starbucks reports 22 000 shops worldwide and strong 2014 15 fourth quarter earnings.
