Mall owner loses appeal over stormwater pond fine
Hull Storey Gibson Companies of Augusta failed to repair and reconstruct a stormwater drainage pond behind Blue Ridge Mall by the July 1 deadline. Hendersonville Zoning Administrator Susan Frady imposed a $10,500 fine, accruing at $500 a day until completion. The Zoning Board of Adjustment denied the appeal. further review would go to Henderson County Superior Court.
