Saluda community preserves Twin Lakes under land trust
The Saluda Community Land Trust has donated Twin Lakes and surrounding land by the Wilkes family to preserve the two lakes for public use. Neighbors weigh access, lines, and restrictions while the trust commits to repairs, especially the lower dam, with plans to finish by next spring.
