Sierra Nevada picks Mills River site for East Coast brewery

Stan Cooper described a 40 acre parcel near Harrisburg as an initial ideal, but logistics like beer access led to North Carolina mountains exploration and Asheville discovery. The firm will use an underground cistern for stormwater and irrigation, with a visitors center and pub planned in phase two.
