Victims of disbarred lawyer Sam Neill prepare statements for his Henderson County Superior Court sentencing this week after his federal tax evasion plea in Asheville. He faces five embezzlement counts tied to trusts he handled as attorney and is accused of stealing about 3 million dollars, including 884 515 from the Barry Clemo trust meant for the Community Foundation of Henderson County and Four Seasons Hospice.
