Disbarred attorney and former UNC regent Sam Neill faces federal tax evasion sentencing on April 24 in U S District Court Asheville before Judge Martin Reidinger and then state court sentencing shortly after. He could face up to 87 years combined, with 3 years and a $250000 fine for tax charges and 84 years for embezzlement counts.
