County panel mull festival rules reshaping events
Henderson County commissioners sparred over a proposed festival ordinance requiring detailed safety traffic waste and emergency plans for events of 250 to 500 and larger gatherings. The plan would be reviewed by a Technical Review Committee with sheriff support, and a new sign rule also drew critique.
