Dollar Tree to Open in Old Food Lion Site at Greenville Highway
Dollar Tree signs lease in Henderson County to occupy the former Food Lion space at a busy Greenville Highway crossroads. The store plans to open in April amid surrounding growth including Publix plans nearby. 11,800 square foot units are being renovated at about 50,000 each. Dollar Tree bought Family Dollar in 2015 and reported 2016 quarter sales of 5.6 billion with 584 new stores opened in 2016.
