Pioneer Hearne businesswoman Mrs. Pugh honored
In Hearne Texas Mrs Fannie Reese Pugh longtime Chamber of Commerce secretary since 1914 and former Yuma Arizona secretary 1910 11 is celebrated as a leading civic figure. She helped organize Hearne Chamber and became its secretary and life member of the Texas Commercial Association while attending eight straight Texas Commercial Executive Association meetings. Her dedication to Hearne’s welfare is widely recognized.
