Junction Water Plant to Receive Additions Soon

Four Children Missing. Berkeley Police Stop Rail Crossings
Berkeley reports four children missing after they were last seen playing together. Howard Morrill, 10, Priscilla Morrill, 3, Edward Morrill, 1, and Harry Watts, 12, did not return home for supper. An anonymous caller said the kids are all right, then sent a similar message to the Watts family.
