Prosecutor Holds To Belief Guilty In Bombing Case
In San Francisco Edward A. Cunha deputy district attorney said Warren K. Billings and Thomas J. Mooney were guilty of complicity in the Preparedness Day bombing of July 22 1916 which killed 10 spectators. He urged they should have been hanged while noting detective captain Duncan Matheson favored a pardon. The judge considered moving the hearing to the prison as Warden Court Smith objected to removal.

Mrs Marie Gracia of Sunset boulevard received a warm homecoming in Hayward after two years visiting relatives in Aragon Spain.
