Elk Horn Iowa based Danish Immigrant Museum received a National Endowment for the Arts grant to study Danish American folk arts across Iowa Nebraska South Dakota and Minnesota from January to April. Folklorist Greg Hansen will lead four state interviews to record cradle crafts and preserve heritage in a Traditions Bearers file open to researchers and the public.
