The Mens' Volley Ball Club winners were treated to a roast beef dinner at the Methodist Church dining room Tuesday evening. The Fourth Division of the Auxiliary Circle organized the event and the gymnasium games are held every Tuesday in the school gymnasium.

Hardin County Debators Win State Finalists Reach Ames

The Hardin County debating team led by A E Voline defeats Worth County two to one to advance toward the state championship. They will compete in Ames on March 7 for the final title, while Sue County’s team lost unanimously to the negative. The Eldora post office and state taxation topics featured in their preparation. Also, Max Teske swaps his garage for a farm near Eldora, with possession March first. Steve Sayer now manages the garage for C G Weimer.
