Funeral home notes Frank St John born April 0 1871 Eldora son of Harvey and Mary Collins St John. He farmed near Eldora until 1942 and served on the Eldora police from 1946 to 1954. He outlived his wives and was survived by a daughter Ethyl Baker Waterloo three sons Paul St John Rochester Minn Patrick McCarthey Irwin Pa, 17 grandchildren 43 great grandchildren and 18 great great grandchildren.

Seek 200 Blood Donors Tuesday For Red Cross Drive Eldora
A Red Cross blood drive in Eldora on Tuesday June 1 aims to collect 200 pints from 1 to 6 pm in the old gym. The Waterloo Region Bloodmobile team conducts the drive with seven donors every 15 minutes and is supported by about 25 volunteers including doctors and nurses.
