Miss Doris Haupt Weds Laverne Klingenberg in Wellsburg
Doris Marie Haupt daughter of Mr and Mrs Oldig Haupt married Laverne Dale Klingenberg son of Mr and Mrs Marvin Klingenberg of Holland Michigan on Friday August 9 at the First Christian Reformed Church Wellsburg. The double ceremony at 8 pm featured Rev Harold Hollander with organist Eunice Bakker and soloist Richard Schafer. The bride wore an organza and peau tafta gown with Chantilace accents and carried yellow roses. Attendants wore mint green gowns with daisies. A reception for 125 guests followed in the fellowship hall. The couple will reside on a farm near Ollard Michigan and the bride will teach in Holland Michigan schools.
