Allan Pool Earns Division I Rating at State Speech Contest
Allan Pool received a Division I rating in the State Speech Contest at Estherville on April 19. Entered in Radio Speaking, he advanced to finals via Division I ratings at Iowa Falls Mason City and Oelwein. His original talk titled The Man Who Can Save the World was coached by Mr. Panknen.
