Hanover College Choir Expands To Seventy Members
College choir grows by 23 to reach 70 members under director Donald Morrison. He credits strong interest from those who tried out and those who support the program without auditioning. The group regularly sings at Family Day, plans a spring tour, and hosts an annual Christmas Candlelight Service at Hanover Presbyterian Church, expanding both worship and cultural life since 1957.

Hanna discusses Southeast Asia with Hanover students
Dr Willard A Hanna member of the American University Field Staff spoke to Hanover economics students on October 3 about current Southeast Asia conditions. His long interest in the Far East began with a 1932 trip to China, followed by a PhD in English at Michigan and war service in the Navy during World War II. He later gained an MA in international administration at Columbia and built his authority through AUFS reports, magazine articles, and fiction.

Entomologist To Speak Here On Insects In Society
Entomologist Dr. R. C. Dobson of Purdue University will present Insects and Their Influence on Modern Society at the Monday assembly on October 14. He holds degrees from Wisconsin and Oregon State, taught at New Mexico College, and directed NSF summer programs in life science at Purdue in 1961 and 1963.
