Central University of Kentucky held Centucky Military Institute 12 to 0 last week. Hanover prepares for K M I in Lyndon Kentucky with hard workouts and scrimmage. A large Hanover support contingent will travel while Miss Lomard teaches at Waite Water High School.

Opening Reception Draws Few Dignitaries at College Campfire
A college opening reception proved too formal for most dignitaries as about 75 attendees gathered Monday evening. Scouts led two trails to a riverbank campfire where each participant cooked their own supper. The event aimed to help new students mingle but attendees were limited. Rev. N. Shirey has relocated from Indianapolis to Bement, IL to assume a local pastorate.
