Hanover students visited the World’s Fair and returned with mixed views on legality and expense. Mary Sue McClurkin and John Otterman call the fair too costly while Carol Montieth and Dan Ford deem tickets reasonable. Long lines and high prices sparked campus debate amid the legal questions.
Hanover College hosted a two day Brazil Week ending March 7 featuring lecturers from Brazil and plays in the theater of Santos praise. Students offered tips for fair viewing including two days to see exhibits foreign pavilions and principal corporations while praising the theme Peace through Understanding.
