Report on Military Training at Wabash College
A committee led by Vice President Thomas R. Marshall reports in favor of military training at Wabash College. The move follows President Wilson’s call for a citizen soldiery and has broad state support. Dr. W A Millis backs educational value of military drill and argues for optional or elective study of military science to prepare potential officers in a volunteer army.
