Hanover campus robberies hit Phi Gamma Delta and Phi Delta Theta houses Tuesday night. Over $100 stolen including cash watches cameras and clothing. Phi Gamma Delta lost more than $70 cash plus suits and personal items. Phi Delt lost over $19 cash a watch and billfolds. Entry believed between 3 30 and 6 00 am. discovery at 6 30 am Wednesday.

Campus Council Sets Traffic Rules and Recreation Plan
The Student Council held its weekly meeting at the Soda Bowl with old and new members present. Guy Andress outlined a campus traffic plan including mimeographing regulations, signs, road markings, rotating enforcers, and a violation log with speed limits and parking rules for faculty and students. A council court will hear violators on Wednesday nights before presenting the plan to the administration next fall. A physical check up for students and athletes was discussed with a plan for a yearly rigorous exam. A 12 member Recreation Committee was formed to arrange campus recreation on open nights. Hanover students charged in Classic Hall burglary
