Hanover Panthers finish 6-15 after a tight 70-68 loss to Hoosier Conference champion Indiana Central. Ken Trinkle 16 and Chuck Scott 23 led Hanover, while Clark Crafton 21 and Ray Mozingo 17 topped Indiana Central. Final game in uniform for Trinkle and Holland. Hanover Panthers forward Ken Trinkle earns all star honors as a senior with 17 points per game. Indiana Central College coach Angus Nicoson is named district coach of the year as District 21 lists Zigler Wade Koch Crafton and others from Indiana colleges. Wade the sole sophomore on the roster. District 21 covers Indiana within NAIA regions.

Hanover Panthers Fall to Earlham in Season Finale
The Hanover Panthers wrestling team lost to Earlham College 35 5 on Tuesday February 23 ending their season with a 0 6 1 record. Larry Copeland earned Hanover s lone 130 lb pin while Earlham dominated the rest with several pins and two forfeits at 167 and 157 lb. Earlham improves to 7 4 and Hanover heads to the Little State tournament at Indiana Central with Copeland as their lone clear title threat.
