Author Translator To Attend Play Premiere At Hanover Institute

Plans are underway for the Hanover Institute on Brazil March 4 7 with high officials from Brazil and the United States. Art Show to Start Sunday at Classic Hall

Hanover College Choir Spring Tour Includes Carnegie Hall

The Hanover College Choir will perform at Carnegie Hall in New York City on April 18 during a tour from April 15 to 22. The 2,760-seat venue is expected to reach near full capacity with Donald Morrison directing and a varied program featuring works by Hasler John Donne and Jean Berger plus lighter pieces.

Hanover College sees drop outs fall amid stronger applicants

Registrar reports 1962-63 fall term dropout and dismissal total 12 of 830 students, mortality 5.8 percent, and 1963-64 47 of 915, mortality 5.1 percent. Winter-spring term declines, 2.1 percent, with five-year average down 4.7. McClew notes sharper selectivity and Blanning cites 12 percent more inquiries and 35 percent more applications as stronger applicants arrive nationwide.
