Manitoba outlines 1987 88 finances with 311 million deficit

Winnipeg Finance Minister Clayton Manness released preliminary year end figures for the fiscal year ending March 31 1988. Expenditures rose 3.8 percent to 4 349 billion while revenues reached 4 038 billion yielding a deficit of 311 million.
