Blanshard council approves by laws and budget notes
The seventh regular Blanshard Rural Municipality meeting approved By-Laws 878 and 87-9, authorized tax sales and heard audits. It discussed cemetery funds, weed control, fire department grants, water testing, Port of Churchill and grain transport, and approved bills totaling $66,666.01 with adjournment set for June 9, 1987.
