Women’s Ministries Sunday at Hamiota Pentecostal Church
A special February 27 service honoured Hamiota Pentecostal Church Women’s Ministries. The 1983 executive was introduced with Mrs. Beck as honorary president and Audrey Gurr as president. Gwen Taylor chaired the meeting with secretary treasurer Lola Currah and vice-president Gwen Taylor. Anne Davison delivered the sermon from Isaiah 56:7, urging faith in Christ and a “house of prayer.” The worship featured Audrey Gurr, Gwen Taylor, and Shannon Taylor, with poetry, solo, and offertory as the service closed in worship.
