Opportunity Classes Development Plan for Pelly Trail Division
Mr G Minish outlines a developmental program for Opportunity and Trainable Retarded classes starting July 1 1967. The Pelly Trail School Division No 37 must locate classroom space and recruit qualified teachers for these classes. Only one qualified applicant has shown interest so far. The board hopes to retain current teachers who are doing a good job.
