West Two Creeks Ladies Club Elects Officers at Jan Meeting
Twelve members met at Irene Cole's home January 17 to approve Secretary Treasurer reports. New officers: Pat Cole president Dorinda Watson vice president Janice Sipchenco secretary treasurer. Members planned plans for a baby quilt, a Golden Age event, and a later Elkview Lodge visit.

Sno-Blazers Poker Derby supports curling rink fund
The Sno-Blazers Snowmobile Club held a January 15 poker derby with 61 registered snowmobiles and 118 silent rider cards sold to raise funds for a new curling rink. Winners included Chris Falloon and Leighton Rachur with silent rider top finishes Colleen Brown Grant Brown Melanie Walker. Just over 200 dollars will be donated. organizers invite supporters to return February 12.
