Patron’s Appreciation Night at Quadra Hosted by Manitoba Pool Elevators
On Tuesday February 11 the Manitoba Pool Elevators staff in Quadra hosted a patron appreciation night at Crandall Community Centre. The evening featured a dart tournament organized by hosts and chemical company reps with 36 players in 12 teams as three events were run like a curling bonspiel. Winners chosen from prizes displayed by farm supply reps, with thanks to Warren Shewfelt and crew for a pleasant evening. Myra Preston recently returned home after a hospital stay. Don and Doug Lewis attended from Brandon, Doug earning his pilot’s license during the weekend and joking about flying “for a price.”
