Folklorama Named Top 100 North American Event for 1992
Folklorama is selected by the American Bus Association as one of North America's Top 100 events for 1992. The distinction highlights the festival's rural folkways and ethnic diversity, with Manitoba's Royal Manitoba Winter Fair also named. Folklorama attracted over 110 motor coaches in 1991 and $3.3 million in Winnipeg tourism impact in 1990.
