M.A.A.S. awards life memberships in Manitoba

Donor's Choice Adds Charities For 1992 Campaign
At the January 28 1991 meeting Hamiota Donor's Choice voted to include the Canadian Mental Health Association and the Manitoba Lung Association for the 1992 drive running March 15 to April 15 1992. Rural Development Minister Len Derkach says the funds assist Hamiota RM and Town in creating a community blueprint. The program offers one time per capita grants matched by communities to form round tables and plan joint regional action.
