Harrison Reunion Brings Harrison Family to Isabella Hall
An Isabella Manitoba Community Hall gathering on August 3 1980 united the Harrison clan descendants of William Harrison. Eighty two attendees signed in while Emily Turner MCed and presented an extensive family tree. Corsages honored Vera Clark and five fifth generation members as tables displayed keepsakes and photos. In Miniota August 3 1980 thirty four Bruce clan members gathered at the Drop In Centre for a reunion amid indoor plans due to rain. George Bruce led a toast, followed by a smorgasbord supper and social visiting. Relatives traced roots to Kerrimur Forfarshire Scotland and Beulah Lucky Lake Sask with attendees from Winnipeg Esterhazy Swan River Portage la Prairie and other towns.
