General meeting in Municipal Office with all councilors present. Minutes from June meetings approved. Correspondence noted from multiple parties on rail lines, housing, crossings, health budget cuts, hearings, and provincial acts. By-law 1765 read, third time passed. Arrow River elevator hazard to be cleared by Oct 1 or site will be cleared at owner cost. June expenses approved and finance report accepted. Next meeting set for Aug 8 1978 at 9:00 a.m.
