McLaren reported June cash receipts of 85285.37, holidays for Amy Grant and Les Bryant, multiple building permits, new parking signs on Maple Avenue East, and several resolutions including minutes approval, hall rent payment, trailer residency, one year trailer-site leases, and account payments. An Aug 2 special meeting discussed road surfacing costs, Poplar Bay roadway plans, stump removal, fill sourcing, soil piling, and possible hard surfacing budgeting for 1979. Next meeting aimed for Aug 14 if possible.
