Blanshard Council approves budget and grants 1988 tenders
The Rural Municipality of Blanshard held its sixth regular meeting April 12 1988 in Oak River. Reeve W Harvey English presided and minutes from March 8 were adopted. The budget and five year capital plan were finalized and capital bids reviewed with Moffatt Construction accepted for gravelling. Public works bids and By-law readings were noted along with correspondence and payments approved. The next meeting was set for May 10 1988.
