Stolen bicycles traced to Cincinnati youths in Middletown
Two Cincinnati youths, Berman Fegan 17 and Hoyt Abell 18, stole bicycles from Mrs. Prank Baker in Middletown. Police recovered the bikes on Middletown Pike near Bath, after traces showed they bought the wheels in Dayton for under ten dollars and concealed money inside a bicycle handle.
