Boy Rescued After Canal Incident Near Maple Avenue
A five year old slipped into the canal near Maple Avenue as a swift current carried him under. His mother jumped in with neighbors and pulled him out, reviving him. he regained consciousness and was reportedly none the worse for the accident.
