A man presumed to be Millard, connected to FF ity Obie, was found in the Miami River near Dfouke south of the Washington Street Bridge at Dayton on Monday afternoon. John Delehanty reported the discovery to the police after noting the man’s clothing and signs suggesting he had intended to bathe.
