Conductor 0 bo Hanser admitted he forgot his orders during the C H and D freight wreck near Brownsville Indiana last Friday at 3 pm. The eastbound freight was in charge of Hanser and a copy of the order requiring him to wait for the westbound train was found in Engineer Sheppard's pocket after his body was recovered.
