Rev Knapp Injured in Newport Buggy Accident
The Rev Feedarick Knapp pastor of St John’s German Protestant Gluck Newport Kentucky and his wife were thrown from their buggy at Ninth and Washington avenues in Newport when the horse they drove bolted after a passing locomotive. They were aided by Dr Joseph Bach and later taken to their summer home in Cold Springs Kentucky.
